Sheraton Okinawa Sunmarina Resort, Onna

The Sheraton Sunmásana Resort is a wonderful choice for anyone looking to relax and enjoy beautiful amenities. The pristine beach and array of activities were highlights, and the rooms offered a great sea view. However, I found some areas needing improvement, particularly in service efficiency at dining options. Overall, it's a great spot, especially for families.

During our recent stay at the resort, we enjoyed the pleasant environment and spacious rooms, along with a nice pool and private beach area. However, the dining options were quite limited, especially for a longer stay, and the service in the restaurant could have been better. Additionally, while the facilities were decent, the lack of a lounge for platinum members was a downside for us. Overall, it's a good choice for families but might not suit those looking for a more relaxed dining experience.

This resort offers a luxurious experience with stunning amenities like pools, a beach, and various fun activities. I loved the spacious and modern rooms, and the breakfast buffet was quite delicious, though sometimes very busy. While the staff overall were great, the service at the spa and during dinner could use some improvements. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for relaxation, but be prepared for some wait times.

The hotel offers a fantastic environment for families, highlighted by a lovely pool area and an exciting lobby aquarium that my baby adored. However, the communication barrier with staff who struggled with English was frustrating, and the dining options were limited. While the amenities are appealing for kids, there’s definitely room for improvement in service and dining variety.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The resort was beautiful, and we really enjoyed the wide variety of activities available. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering great amenities. However, we did find the breakfast experience a bit chaotic at times, which took away from our overall enjoyment.
