Sheraton Okinawa Sunmarina Resort, Onna

The Sheraton Sunmasana Resort is a wonderful choice for anyone looking to relax and enjoy beautiful amenities. The pristine beach and array of activities were highlights, and the rooms offered a great sea view. However, I found some areas needing improvement, particularly in service efficiency at dining options. Overall, it's a great spot, especially for families.

During our recent stay at the resort, we enjoyed the pleasant environment and spacious rooms, along with a nice pool and private beach area. However, the dining options were quite limited, especially for a longer stay, and the service in the restaurant could have been better. Additionally, while the facilities were decent, the lack of a lounge for platinum members was a downside for us. Overall, it's a good choice for families but might not suit those looking for a more relaxed dining experience.

This resort offers a luxurious experience with stunning amenities like pools, a beach, and various fun activities. I loved the spacious and modern rooms, and the breakfast buffet was quite delicious, though sometimes very busy. The hotel offers a fantastic environment for families, highlighted by a lovely pool area and an exciting lobby aquarium that my baby adored. However, the communication barrier with staff who struggled with English was frustrating, and the dining options were limited.
